An Extreme Tailgate Society victory lap is in order with the latest disrespecting of the Atlanta Falcons in their house by the NFC South Champs, the Carolina Panthers.

Celebrate back to back NFC South championships, and cheer the Panthers on to victory against the Cardinals and the race to The Super Bowl.


We are set up by noon Saturday. The game is at 4:35.

A side dish is appreciated and a well stocked hot dog bar and brats are available for your enjoyment.

With the Christmas season upon us the packing of bar came a day early since I'm visiting family on Saturday. No worries, I had help this time.

Special Guests

As mentioned earlier we will have many guests at our grand finale tailgate this weekend. The bar stools were looking shabby. In fact one was crushed mid season by a rotund tailgater so we had to replace it with an odd piece.


We were able to replace our odd piece just in time today from our supplier in Malaysia, and imported via Walmart. Now we have once again a matching six bar stools and this time, all logo proud.

Meatball Sliders

One discovery this year has been that almost any meat sandwiched in a Kings Hawaiian bread bun, makes a wonderful slider and finger food.

We've done it with flank steak, pulled pork, pulled beef, traditional hamburgers, so why not meatball sliders?


Weekly we have some of the best meatballs available and sometimes they get overlooked. Not anymore.
