You guys were named last week's Kiolbassa Brand Sausage National Tailgate Club of the Week. We need a physical address to send you some sausage!
My thoughts? Oh hell yes! Thank you Kiolbassa Sausage! The Packers are coming to town.

We serve red meat which has been shown to be a carcinogen. It may cause colon cancer.
We serve cured meats which have been shown to be a carcinogen. It may cause colon cancer.
We often serve deviled eggs which may lead to heart disease.
Often in the late season, the weather turns cold. This may cause hypothermia that could lead to death.
Often in the early season, the weather is very hot and humid. This may cause heat stroke which could lead to death.
We cook with charcoal which may be a carcinogen. It may cause colon cancer.
We serve alcohol which can cause liver damage and birth defects in pregnant women.
Often the gentlemen smoke cigars which have been known to cause mouth and throat cancer.

Lastly, we serve the dreaded hot dog, a suspected carcinogen. Everyone knows a hot dog will kill you, but they are so damn good on charcoal, with bacon, chili, cheese, and a cold beer. You may not survive this encounter.

Preliminary Menu vs Eagles
The Main Event - Cooked to order on the griddle, Philly Cheese Steaks with fresh beef, rolls, sautéed onions, mushrooms, and green peppers, with cheese wiz or provolone.
Sides are: French fries, Mary Ann's collards, baked beans with sausage, and Mac and cheese or candied yams.
Fresh grilled sausage kabobs.
Dry rubbed and grilled wings.
Boiled peel and eat shrimp or Fresh oysters.
Meat Ball sliders.
Tailgate one was hot. Very hot. Bright sun and hovering around 90 with occatioal breeze.
Tailgate two was rainy. It hasn't stopped raining yet.
We are in a break period with two away games and a bye. The next time we meet, it will be late October and surely cooler. Maybe can we wish for cool temperatures and sunshine? How about a perfect tailgate weather day...oh tailgate Gods?
The next game is Sunday Night Football. The Monster girls will be there again and expect a fantastic menu. Philly cheese steaks to die for.
